If you have heard about wall cladding, the engineers and designers are looking forward to using more and more bricks in the interior as well as for brick fireplace because the machine-made bricks are the most affordable way to construct a beautiful yet strong house.
There is an amazing process that brick companies follow to create them:
• Preparation of the brick clay
• Moulding
• Air Drying
• Heating
Brick companies all know that bricks are made out of clay and their first step caters to the preparation and concoction of the right mixture of clay. The soil is excavated and then levelled on the ground. The soil is cleaned against all the impurities, pebbles and stones. The soil is then exposed to weather for some time and later it is mixed with other material to create bricks.
In case of machine-made bricks, the machines would apply force on the clay mixture and create different styles and sizes of bricks as per requirements. The extra clay will be removed and again added to mixture for further use.
Once the moulds are ready, the bricks are air dried. This would mean keeping them in air for some days so that each element is combined with each other naturally.
At last, the bricks are heated under controlled temperature that gives it the strength it needs to behold a great structure. There are different methods of burning and depending upon the requirement, brick companies will burn these bricks and heat them to provide you with the finest quality for brick fireplace.
